Trailer Front Wall NoseCone® for Narrow or Chamfered Trailer Front Wall especially ‘B’ Trailer Mounting
The 24.4 series has been created for use on semi-trailers where a full front wall unit is required with very shallow protrusion for close coupled trailers especially B-Doubles. It also permits replacement of very shallow factory mounted units with a unit that provides bolt mounting with the classic NoseCone® shape. The 24.4N is for use on trailers specifically with chamfered front corners to clear in ‘B’ Trailer applications. It is 2.1 metres wide by 2.4 metres tall.
NC 17.4 – Largest ‘Single Bubble’ NoseCone™ (The Beast) for face-fix
This is our largest Single Bubble NoseCone – with the greatest protrusion and best aerodynamic effect for trailer applications. It can also be fitted to 4.3 metre high rigid bodies if appropriate. The unit is moulded to be face fixed on front walls from minimum 2.43 to 2.5 metres wide, blending easily with the SideBurn SB2.4 model for a complete aerodynamic package.
NC 14.4 – Largest Midsize ‘Deep Bubble’ NoseCone™ for face-fix
This is our largest Mid-size Bubble NoseCone – with 600mm protrusion and best aerodynamic effect for less than maximum height trailer applications and large rigid bodies. It can also be fitted to 4.3 metre high rigid bodies if appropriate. NC 15.4 N – Large Standard NoseCone® in Narrow Width with Medium Bubble for face-fix
This is a reduced width version of our most popular large size NoseCone – with medium protrusion but the width reduced to 2.15 metres or 7 feet. It also provides best aerodynamic effect for trailer and large rigid applications up to 4.3 metre high where a reduced width is required such as for chamfered front walls on B Trailers or where large curtain corner posts are used. This unit also sits inside the 1.9 pin radius on trailers with a kingpin location of 4’6” / 1.37m. The unit is moulded without wrap around side flanges – for face-fix but is supplied with flanges out to 2.5 metres that are trimmed to with during fitting. It allows fitment to bodies from 2.15 to 2.40 metres wide, with full height side flanges and fixing recesses to allow trim off down to 2.15 metres wide. The unit blends with SideBurn SB2.4 model for a complete aerodynamic package.
M 15 – Large Standard NoseCone® for Narrow Rigid Body and Trailer Fit
The M15 NoseCone® was originally designed as an economy fitting but has found extensive use on large rigid Curtainsiders where installation is required inside the curtain posts. It also is used on Car Transport Trailers, stock crates and large box trailers from 2.34 to 2.4 metres wide.
M 15 N – Large Standard NoseCone® for Very Narrow Rigid Body and Trailer Fit
As above, initially designed for economy fit it is perfectly suited to high narrow rigid trucks, livestock trailers and large box trailers around 1.83 to 2.25 metres wide.

M 12 – Medium Shallow NoseCone® for Rigid Body and Trailer Fit
The M12 NoseCone® is generally used where the body is less than 2.3 metres wide. It has found extensive use on medium height rigid Curtain-siders especially where installation is required inside the curtain posts. It also is used on box trailers, stock crates and caravans from 2.1 to 2.3 metres wide.
M 12 N – Medium Shallow NoseCone® for Rigid Body and Trailer Fit
The M12N NoseCone® is used on narrow bodies requiring a unit of medium height. It has found extensive use on narrow but tall rigid Curtain-siders especially where installation is required inside the curtain posts. It also is used on box trailers, stock crates and caravans from 1.7 to 2.0 metres wide.

The M7 NoseCone® has a shallow protrusion and a height of 580 mm at almost full width of 2.35 metres wide. It is used on very low height bodies or pans where a face fix, shallow bubble at or near full legal width is required. It is used on cargo bodies, curtainsiders, box trailers, caravans from 2.35 to 2.5 metres wide. At only 580 high it is possible to remove all the side flange and fix only top and bottom thereby allowing fitting width right down to the bubble
M 7L – Small Size NoseCone™ for use on low height trucks, courier vans and box trailers
The M7L NoseCone® has a shallow protrusion and generally used where the box or body is less than 2.1 metres wide. It is used on very low height bodies or pans where a shallow bubble with narrower width is required. It is used on small cargo bodies, box trailers, small caravans and tarped cages from 2.1 to 2.2 metres wide. M 7 M – Small Size NoseCone™ for use on small narrow trucks, courier vans and small box trailers
The M7M NoseCone® has a shallow protrusion and generally used where the box or body is less than 2.0 metres wide. Similar to the M7 however it is manufactured at 1950 bubble. It is used on very low height bodies or pans where a shallow bubble is required at 2.0m wide is required. It is used on small cargo bodies, box trailers, small caravans and tarped cages from 1.9 to 2.0 metres wide. At only 580 high it is possible to remove all the side flange and fix only top and bottom thereby allowing fit down to the bubble width.
M 7 N – Small Size NoseCone™ for use on small very narrow trucks, courier vans and small box trailers
The M7N NoseCone® has a shallow protrusion and generally used where the box or body is less than 2.1 metres wide. It is used on very low height bodies or pans where a shallow bubble or narrow width is required. It is used on small cargo bodies, box trailers, small caravans and tarped cages from 2.05 to 2.2 metres wide. At only 580 high it is possible to remove all the side flange and fix only top and bottom thereby allowing fit down to the bubble width.
M 6 – Very Small NoseCone™ for box trailers and very small truck bodies.
The M6 NoseCone® is the smallest of the face fix range. It has a shallow protrusion and generally used where the box or body is less than 1.5 metres wide. It is used on very low height bodies, pans and trailers where very narrow width is required. It is used on small cargo bodies, box trailers, tarped cages from 1.4 to 1.6 metres wide. The bubble can be trimmed down to 1.4 metres wide allowing fit down to the bubble width. There is a recess in the bubble for additional fixing if required.
M 6 N – Very Small NoseCone™ for box trailers and very small truck bodies.
The M6 NoseCone® is the narrowest and smallest of the face fix range. It has a shallow protrusion and generally used where the box or body is less than 1.2 metres wide. It is used on very low height bodies, pans and trailers where very narrow width is required. It is used on small cargo bodies, box trailers, tarped cages from 1.1 to 1.2 metres wide. The bubble can be trimmed down to 1.1 metres wide allowing fit down to the bubble width. There is a recess in the bubble for additional fixing if required.
The NC5.4 is part of our small size NoseCone series – with good protrusion for aerodynamic effect for low height rigid applications. The unit is moulded without side flanges allowing for face fixing to bodies from 2.23 to 2.5 metres wide, blending with the SideBurn SB2.4 model for a complete aerodynamic package. The NC5.4 fits rigid bodies generally where pan is 0.5 to 0.65 metres above cab.
NC 3 (Eyebrow) – Very Small Size NoseCone® for Full Width Rigid Trucks with face fix.
The NC3 or Eyebrow is part of our small size NoseCone series – for very low height rigid applications. The unit is moulded without side flanges allowing for face fixing to bodies from 1.98 to 2.5 metres wide, blending with the SideBurn SB2 or 2.4 model for a complete aerodynamic package. The NC3 fits rigid bodies generally where pan is 0.2 to 0.3 metres above cab.
NC AA1 – Combined Short NoseCone® and integrated SideBurns.
The AA 1 or AeroArch Type 1 is a hybrid NoseCone and SideBurn unit that easily applies a rounded edge fairing to the forward face of the cargo body. It is suitable for use on both Trailers and Rigid Trucks. It can be used as a stand alone device or is very effective in enhancing body areodynamics when used behind a roof or cab mount deflector. The AA1 enhances performance of a roof deflector and works in all wind angles.
The AA1 is adjustable in width by cutting the centre section to the required length. The SideBurn ‘legs’ are cut to suit the body height when fitted.
As with all NoseCone® Models it is finished in high gloss white polyester gelcoat as standard.
NC AA2 – Combined Short NoseCone® and integrated SideBurns.
The AA 2 or AeroArch Type 2 is similar to the AA1 above. It is a hybrid NoseCone and SideBurn unit that is manufactured to mount either side of a refrigeration unit. It is suitable for use on both Trailers and Rigid Trucks. It can be used as a stand alone device or is very effective in enhancing body areodynamics when used behind a roof or cab mount deflector especially as the fridge unit often causes a larger than normal cab pan gap on rigid trucks. In many instances the reefer unit manufacturer has issues with unit warranty when mounted behind a cab mount device due to their tendency to suck engine heat and road dust up through the gap. The NoseCone AeroArch provides effective body aerodynamics without affecting reefer unit warranty and without the high cost of a roof-mount deflector. The unit is maintenance free, does not require cab drilling, will not rattle and works in all wind angles.

The SB2 can also be purchased individually to be mounted horizontally as a small fairing for service bodies etc.
SideBurn 2.4 – NoseCone® SideBurn Type 2 for use with Face Fix type NC xx.4 NoseCone Models
The SB2.4 series are ideally matched a number of NoseCone Models but best suited to use with the NC xx.4 Face Fix series. SideBurns are used to enhance the aerodynamic package of the NoseCone by extending a rounded leading edge down the side front corners of the truck body below the NoseCone. Adding on average an additional 2% fuel savings to the NoseCone they are very cost effective. The SideBurn models are generally sold in pairs and are mounted butted directly below the NoseCone.
SideBurn 3.4 – NoseCone® SideBurn Type 3 SlimLine tapered for use with Wrap Around or Face Fix
The SB3.4 is for use with Wrap Around and / or Face Fix type NC xx.1 or xx.4 NoseCone Models. Also Tapered from top to bottom they permit trimming to use in close fitting situations. Sideburns are used to enhance the aerodynamic package of the NoseCone by extending a rounded leading edge down the side front corners of the truck body below the NoseCone. Adding on average an additional 2% fuel savings to the NoseCone they are very cost effective. The SideBurn models are generally sold in pairs and are mounted butted directly below the NoseCone.
SideBurn M – NoseCone® SideBurn Type 2 SlimLine for use with Wrap Around type NC xx.1 NoseCone Models with limited clearance.
The SB M Sideburn is used to enhance the aerodynamic package of the NoseCone by extending a rounded leading edge down the side front corners of the truck body below the NoseCone. Adding on average an additional 1 – 2% fuel savings to the NoseCone the SB-M are very cost effective.
